200 tons/day food waste treatment project adopts CSTR treatment process, anaerobic unit is 2000㎥, double film biogas holder is 800㎥. Most organic matter is degraded under working conditions. In the process of organic matter degradation, a large amount of new energy-biogas can be produced. More than 55% of the biogas produced is methane gas. Therefore, the biogas can be used to generate electricity or burn boilers after treatment by purification equipment.
